What do you think of red lipstick and a white dress for homecoming?

My school's homecoming dance is at a Marriott hotel. Homecoming isn't as formal as prom, so I was wondering if red lipstick and a white strapless knee-length dress is ok? What do you think?

A white dress is nice, but the only thing i'd be worried about is getting it dirty or getting make-up on it by accident.

deffinatly cute but the #1 RULE FOR RED LIPSTICK is if you wear red sharp lipstick, never go heavy on the eye makeup...just mascara is perfet, maybe even go fake eyelashes, thatll look hot. if you wear dark makeup ull look like a clown.
i was like that for my prom. wore red lipstick, black eyeliner, white lacey dress and black tights and high heels. um i wore my hair kinda curly. think 1950s. looks real pretty.

i personally fink that long straight and nice and simple hair wud match well with ur simple dress but its honestly up 2 u and wich hair u wud feel most comfortable with
