How do you get lipstick off a cars window?

The glass cleaner i used just kinda smeared it, it's like a frosty color, will that be why?How do you get lipstick off a cars window?
You can use make-up remover, as long as it isn't the oily kind. Or astringent, nail polish remover, rubbing alcohol.... They usually work, even with those heavy duty lipsticks.How do you get lipstick off a cars window?

Try white vinegar and then follow up wiping with newsprint.

The simple sulotion would obviously be not to make out with your window... or at least don't wear makeup when your doing it

Try this first! Use glass cleaner but use old newspaper instead of a cloth. An old trick! The newspaper has a certain grit to it and if you clean with one then wipe dry with another, your windows will be cleaner than you ever thought they could be.


SPECIAL NOTE: Do not get mad when the ink from the paper gets on your hands. (A little dish soap will get it off)


If you make a solution of dish detergent then add small amount of vinegar, usually this will clean most stains on glass. You can use a ';Wet One'; of the hand wipe you get from restaurants.

again with warm water and a good detergent.

Soap and water, alcohol... the usual. OR wait till it dries if you have time. No smearing THEN.
