What is the best lipstick shade for me?

I want to try something new. . . And I've always found it difficult to find the ';perfect'; shade of lipstick. I have dark brown hair, blue eyes, and very fair, porcelain skin. . . I don't want to wear anything red because I don't like how it looks with my skin color. . . I don't know! What do you think?What is the best lipstick shade for me?
By the sounds of it, you have a 'cool' skintone. What this means is that while silver makes your skin look luminous and fresh, gold can look harsh and too ott. You have pinky/bluey undertones, most likely.





This means that you should stay away from colours with golden undertones. Cool pinks and reds will look nice. Any of the paler choclatey browns that dont have pink/golden in them are nice, reds that look almost pink, pinks that dont look golden.

if you wear pink blusher, then light pink always looks great with light skin, same goes with peach.


i would only go red if you are going to go bold out one night with a red dress or red shoes.


If you want to go a nice nude brown, jusy go to a make up counter at a department store and ask them to match you up with a eyeshadow or blusher.


but you can't go wrong with pink or peach.

try a very pale lipstick shade that matches your skin tone but it is slightly lighter, that will make your face look more defined, another good option would be a very very light tone of brown.. kind of a soft cream color..... that will mach perfectly your blue eyes and its combination of dark har.

Since summer is coming up, I'd say a sheer bright pink lipstick would look stunning on you. MAC has a great collection. Try their amplified lipsticks.
I dont really like lipstick


i think lipgloss is better


maybe a hot pink would look good


or a red, but not too dark

I'd go with a pale petal pink in gloss, or that new Sugar Coat in petal pink would look nice with your dark hair and fair skin.
try a nude or pretty pink shade. To make red look good with your skin you need to apply blush so its not so hard on your face.
ooh you can try like pale pink..dont put something to dark or else you would look pasty...

I would say a really BOLD red, but since u dont like that then try, Mabye a light pink.
