I too have fair skin, and wear a lot of blue. So here is what I do; If I'm feeling casual, during the daytime, a pinkish mauve color, with brown eyeshadows. Or for something more bold, a dark red. i like a a nude gloss
Go bold and try a plum or a rich berry color.
Something like a light pink . Don't do too light because if your fair it will wash you out
a pretty rosey or berry color
A pale pink. Or a coral pink color.
Nude beige.
I think a coral or a shade from the orange family would look great. Not only would it be striking and different since most women/girls tend to comfortably lean toward reds, pinks, and brown/nudes.

Avoid tryin to match your make-up to your clothes. it should fit your complexion. since your wearing a t-shirt and blue jeans which is casual, try neutral shades. i think a neutral or berry lip gloss would be best. don't be affraid to experiment.
