something neutral or you'll look like a clown! definitely keep it close to your original lip color. maybe just put some gloss on or something with a little shimmer but don't go overboard. What lipstick should i use with a sparkling blue eyeliner?
i would recommend Rimmel Jelly Gloss and the color of that i would recommend would be Moriesh %26lt;-- a pretty sheer baby pink ! its not all sticky and crap and i always get comments from it, good luck ^.^
Virtual Makeover. It's free, super easy and fun. You can play with colors and find a look you will love. Then it shows you how to apply your new look. Just click http://marykay.com/mgunther2
You should wear red, or light pink. Both colors look great with blue, and also look fantastic with your skin tone.
do natural color...dont go overboard or anything....something with a nice shimmer to it
You don't need to match your eyeliner with your lipstick. Your skin tone and maybe your hair color is all that needs consideration. Of course, if your eyes are the focal point of the look, go easy with the lip color.

For your skin tone (warm) wear shades like these: bronze, plum, spice, cherry-red, yellow-red, brick-red, apricot brown, soft peach, soft beige, cocoa, toast, brown-peach, and peachy bronze.

Stay away from pinkish-blue and ';dull'; colors like pink
I would go with light pinks, or creamish colors. or even just a gloss to focus mainly on your eyes.

Hope I Helped and Good Luck. =D

i know what you're thinking, paper dolls?! omg! but it really will help cuz u can get an up close look at her lip color and stuff! anyway, best of luck!
sheer colored! nothing overboard because you dont want to take away from your eye makeup!
Just go to beeroyalproducts.com and look at the Lip Wand Gloss, the colors are beautiful I love XOXO its a purplish or LUSH which is a beautiful deep red , they are awesome colors.
Even though in some magizines today you'll see people sometimes wear vibrant eyeshadow and a bright or even red (ewww) lip color realize that is just WRONG. I personally love to wear bright blues and greens and even pinks -not at the same time but hey if its done right why not?- but I always make sure I wear a nude colored lip color well im really fair so if based on what your skin tone is just wear natural.

I would recomend going to sephora -best make -up store ever but the people in there are so stuck up- and looking up a lip gloss called CARGO and the color pallet you would want is called ';SOHO'; look it up and see if you like the colors 'cause they really flatter anyone and any style of makeup.

Put natural or sheer color or even clear gloss and your lips and to make them look pouty and a lil' plump put -w/ a lip brush- some shiney or irredesent light light coral - ish or natural cream-ish color in the dead center of your lips.

then coat with clear gloss . Either MAC ';LIP GLASS'; -great buy , or just as great but a lil less $$ RIMMEL ';SWEET JELLY'; I think thats the name that one is at drug stores. I also recomend RIMMEL mascara to make your eyes look even better .

Apply a good coat , let dry then b4 you finish apply another coat to make your lashes really pop . using a eyelash curler would help alot too.

I recomend MAC eyeshadow in ';CARBON'; or its black basically to use to make a smokey eye with a soft brush (brissel hair blending brush) and its great to use as an eyeliner with a fine slanted ---just like this ( / forward slash) brush.

After making a smokey eye you can put your colors blended with the black smokiness to make it look really gradual yet dramatic and i somtimes like to put a bit of highlight in the corners of my eyes -where your tear ducts are - a bright white shimery eye shadow and i use a smudge brush for that. i dont put a whole lot of the white shadow i just use it because i like the contrast of the smokey and the high light and the white ( never a mate eyeshdow -make it a nice shimmery one-) shadow blends with your choice of color for eye shadow nicely.

If you dont want to take the smokey route i still recomend looking for a nice high lighting shadow to make you look fresh and if you are just using color or keeping it slightly simple you can go slightly pink but keep it sheer. Thats what i personally do.

well i hope i have helped im sorry i went on for so damn long lol
You should wear a warm cranberry. That will look beautiful!
