It starts with a lip color pallete . use a deeper shade on the outer bottom %26amp; top, then a lighter shade-whatever you prefer, on the cupids bow of the top lip ,%26amp; innner part, %26amp; inner part of bottom lip........... you can create your own look! %26amp; using liner just adds to the color %26amp; stay on power...............
