You should not wear color on your eyes if you want to wear red lipstick. Just some eyeliner and neutral eyeshadow is good.





Winged out liner with red lipstick looks great too, especially for that retro pin-up look I love.





If you wanna pump up the look and make it more dramatic, a smokey eye and red lip is just about as dramatic and sexy as you can get.
