What lip liner and lipstick combine best when it comes to someone with fair skin?

Any help will be appreciated so much. I want to buy lip liner and lipstick but have no idea which colors combine and which look nice on me. My skin is fair and I have dark brown eyes and black hair.

Any color , but the best is brawn , but now it's summer so u have to chose the colors the light colors go for pink lip liner and pink lipstick , try the loreal it's very nice and stay for 16 hours ,
1. SPICE lipliner.


2. TAUPE lipstick.


3. LUST lipgloss.
